STIPULATIONS CONCERNING CIRRUS DATA AND PRODUCTS
In accepting CIRRUS data and products, the user acknowledges CIRRUS limitations, such as:

1. The CIRRUS database is continuously updated. The most recent data is preliminary. Most current weather wire data and preliminary data from the National Climatic Data Center (NCDC) are provided to users without final quality checks in order to enhance access and timeliness of data for those users. Data from automated stations of the U.S. Geological Survey, U.S. National Park Service, U.S. Forest Service and other agencies of the U.S. Dept of Agriculture, Dept of Energy, and various State networks is not quality-controlled by NCDC. Final NCDC quality-controlled data is incorporated when received.

2. CIRRUS is produced and maintained by the Southeast Regional Climate Center (SERCC). SERCC makes no representation or warranty of the accuracy of the database beyond stipulations of NCDC quality-controlled datasets. Any user of CIRRUS accepts the same as is.

3. Documents incorporating CIRRUS information shall be cited: "Information provided by the Southeast Regional Climate Center.". Further information is available by contacting Dr. Michael R.
